Training for Ride London-Essex 100

The Ride London 100 takes place on 29 May. I have been umming and ahhing about what training plan to use. The official plan is rather vague on the various workouts. So I decided to opt the for Zwift Gran Fondo plan. This has an endurance ride each week, so I’ll do that in the real world, starting at 20 – 25 miles and then increase to distance by 10 miles each. That will take me up to 75 miles the week before the big ride.
